Can't import qbzr?

Done.  See lp:bzr-colo r112 which adds "bzr-colo: " to the beginning
of the logged debug messages and adds a "colo.debug" option which can
be set to False to turn off all logging of debug messages ("bzr config
--scope=bazaar colo.debug=False").
