I already did: the changelog for the package says the name and email
address of whoever works on that package, at least for the free-software
operating system package formats.

It never occurred to me that one would be a developer interested in
communicating with the people who package one's work for operating
systems, yet at the same time feel that discovering the contact details
of those people is too difficult.

So the possibility of Alexander's reference to “dear explorer packagers.
I don't know how to communicate with you” being a joke did occur to me,
but didn't seem plausible because it never occurred to me that he
wouldn't be able to get that information easily if he wants it.

I guess I've learned something about the restrictions which developers
on MS Windows become accustomed to :-)
