I don't have any packages around because I'm on Windows and I'm happy, 
thank you.

I'm asking because I'm aware about problems with bundling third-party 
libraries, because it affects us as upstream. And I care because I can 
support both ways in more or less easy way as I go.

I hope that makes sense.
