I've got merged mercurial's paragraph-level translation feature,
TortoiseBZR's build_mo command (Users doesn't have msgfmt tool can
update translation and build mo file with bundled msgfmt.py).
I've translate first paragraph of help message of 'status' command.
Please review, someone.
