[ANN] bzr 2.4b2 has gone gold

Thanks to everyone who has helped with this release !

This is an announcement for the packaging people for them to get binary
packages built so that we can get the beta release announcement out.

Note that the qbzr team intends to release qbzr-0.21b1 this week-end so
people building installers may want to check they include the proper
version for that.

The release will be announced on Tuesday morning UTC with whatever
installers are available at this point.
