What does this mean? It seems to contradict Martin's request that
‘bzr-colo’ should go into Bazaar's core. You're saying that that won't
happen, but an equivalent will go in?

That seems counter to the goalintent of getting many more people to try
‘bzr-colo’ *before* it goes into Bazaar core.
