bzr-xmloutput and the Bazaar PPA

Indeed.  I am not sure what else depends on bzr-xmloutput but as far as
I know the Eclipse plugins bzr-eclipse and qbzr-eclipse definitely do.

I had already branched lp:bzr-xmloutput into ~/.bazaar/plugins and that
solves the problem.  So I guess a deb from the above PPA would.  Given
0.8.7.dev works fine is trying 0.8.6 still a useful experiment?
