PPA status update

bzr/ppa now carries bzr 2.2.4

bzr/beta now carries bzr 2.3.0 plus a set of plugins that work, but in
some cases are unreleased snapshots


So, we're all good to push out 2.3.0 to the main PPA whenever (now,
even), though some plugin upstream releases would make the version
numbers look nicer :-)

Plugins in need of release:

bzr-fastimport (and python-fastimport)
bzr-gtk
bzr-loom
bzr-rewrite
bzr-svn


qbzr 0.20 is already released and just needs packaging. I'll probably
look at that later.
