[ANN] bzr-bookmarks is now compatible with bzr 2.3

Hi all !

https://launchpad.net/bzr-bookmarks has been updated to work with all
series of bzr.

Lukáš Lalinský, bzr-bookmarks original author and maintainer, was kind
enough to transfer the ownership of the project to:

 https://launchpad.net/~bzr

There are now two dedicated branches of the plugin:

- lp:bzr-bookmarks/2.2 is targeted at bzr series <= 2.2

- lp:bzr-bookmarks (trunk) is targeted at bzr series >= 2.3

This addressed the immediate compatibility problems until the features
provided by the plugin are integrated into core.
