In bzr 2.4, drop support for karmic's launchpadlib?

Would anyone object to dropping support for karmic's launchpadlib from
bzr 2.4 (released alongside Ubuntu o-series, by which time karmic will
be EOL) ?

The advantage to doing so is that we get to clean up various bits of
compatibility code, and move various lists of launchpad instances
(production, staging, etc.) out of bzrlib.plugins.launchpad, since we
can then rely on launchpadlib.uris.

I'm assuming this is pretty non-contentious. Shout if you disagree!

In the absence of shouting, I shall apply this to bzr.dev when
lp:~maxb/bzr/launchpadlib-service-root-api-compat percolates up to
there, having been merged up all the way from bzr/2.1.

Max.
