The capability is there; the Bazaar Explorer method to access it
demonstrates that. So this is, apparently, a mismatch between Bazaar's
functionality and Bazaar's UI. One with a workaround, as discussed
earlier in this thread.

That seems sufficient justification to me for this bug to be prioritised
below, say, bugs that destroy data, or essential capabilities that are
missing.
