Note that if you are merging a bundle (rather than just a plain patch),
we'll already have that author's name in there commits. For example:

- ------------------------------------------------------------
revno: 5609 [merge]
committer: Canonical.com Patch Queue Manager <pqm at pqm.ubuntu.com>
branch nick: +trunk
timestamp: Thu 2011-01-13 16:52:02 +0000
message:
(jelmer) Remove more unused imports and more use of specific formats in
   tests. (Jelmer Vernooij)
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    revno: 5582.9.11
committer: Jelmer Vernooij <jelmer at samba.org>
    branch nick: unnecessary-test-applicable
    timestamp: Thu 2011-01-13 16:54:03 +0100
    message:
      Remove some more redundancy.

The revision was landed by an automated script, but the individual
commits are still attributed to the original developer.

If you did 'bzr annotate' you would see Jelmer attributed to those lines.
