Multiple program crashes under Windows 7

Well, I get a windows message "Program bazaar crashed" with options: 
wait / end program / debug

Next time I get one I'll do a screen capture and try to "debug", but I 
don't think I have any information on debugging. Also I'll try to get 
some more accurate information to report the bug
