Email Support on SourceForge

Has anyone had any luck setting up email notifications with SourceForge's
Bazaar support?

I went looking online but the documentation is minimal, and the SF.net's
documentation looks a bit out dated. They say they support bzr 1.10, but the
shell service reports version 2.0.3.

I usually use Launchpad for my own projects, but this is for a project I
don't own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
