issues with bzr-gtk

Hi all,
While trying to upgrade to a more recent versions of bzr I've 
encountered a couple of issues:

1) With bzr-gtk version 0.99.0 I'm getting build error:

    error: can't copy 'credits.pickle': doesn't exist or not a regular file


The name is listed in the manifest.in file, but not actually present in 
the tarball

doing a "touch credits.pickle" resolved the problem, but the tarball 
needs to be fixed!

2) http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/plugins/en/gtk-plugin.html says 
version 0.98.0dev1 but https://launchpad.net/bzr-gtk says latest version 
is 0.99.0
