It took me a little while to decode that as 'micro-release exception'.
 Yes, if we have a clean test suite in the package build then it
should be easier to get the whole of 2.2.2 into maverick-updates.

After Vincent's feedback, I think we will be ok for now to do only a
2.2.2 release.

I don't think the overlap with Thanksgiving is particularly a problem.
