Bzr fast-import not finding installed Hg

After copying the fastimport folder from the standalone Bzr, the 
conversion process finally worked. Thank you Alexander for saving my butt!

Is there anywhere we can get these steps documented for future Windows 
Bzr users? Maybe a wiki I can edit for you guys?
