Updating from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 seems to have caused some hassles (using bzr-svn)

I wish it was that simple :). The problem is that most users have a local
shared repo as well that various branches live. So I don't believe it is
just a matter of updating the local rev for these cases, as Even though I'm
running the latest, the server is running an earlier version, and other
users are still checking in with earlier versions.
