Converting subtree format to non-subtree format

Hi Harry,

There's a couple of options.

Probably the simplest is to upgrade to 2a-subtree.

Another is to use bzr-rewrite to remove the history of it ever being
in subtree format.  This will create a new parallel history and you'll
need to every repository in the same way.

I hope that in a release not too far off we'll get rid of the subtree
distinction.
