Too much data being downloaded with sftp

'bzr+ssh:// '  is really nice.

However, on one of my nodes, I'm still using sftp for the following reason:

 I found it is very simple to set sftp to be 'jailed rooted' to
particular directory on that machine. That gave me some 'peace of
mind', knowing that actual ssh was `sort of disabled`.
 ( Martin commented before briefly on that. I'm not saying it is
impossible to do similar with bzr+ssh.... But as Brent mentioned -- I
found the tutorial, and stucked with sftp..)
  It seems like with ssh, it will be a bit more work to achieve the
same results.  But may be it is a good idea to add 'ssh jail rooted
setting instructions` into tutorial  too.
