Proposal to delete intrepid, gutsy, feisty, edgy packages from ~bzr/ppa

~bzr/ppa currently contains a number of packages for intrepid.

It also contains just bzr-gtk for gutsy feisty and edgy.

As these series are all unsupported, the PPA build service will not
allow us to update them. Therefore I propose we delete all these
packages from the PPA.
