Branch generates ImmortalLimbo warning ?

Good idea.  I uninstalled bzr, rebooted, re-installed bzr and ran three more
branches in a row with no Immortal Limbo.

Note that this branching takes about 5 minutes.  So there's plenty of time
for something to go wrong, if it's going to go wrong, which so far happened
only once.

If this happens again, I will file a bug "Bzr should explain in more detail
what to do when limbo is immortal".  Otherwise, I will just treat this as a
fluke.
