Indeed it is. We run a GNOME desktop, and every one of our GUI apps is
GTK based. An integrated and uniform desktop experience is really
important to us, and the easiest way to achieve that is to not have any
foreign toolkits present drawing widgets.
So we don't have Qt installed on our systems, and that's that for
bzr-explorer.
