Bazaar Explorer and GTK

Unlikely. At least I (as current maintainer of bzr-explorer) has no
desire to do so.

Bazaar Explorer is cross-platform GUI application. There is no intent
to provide any special integration with desktop beyond the
cross-platform support in Qt itself.

More to say: Qt framework can be used on Linux, Mac and Windows
without big problems. While GTK is mainly dedicated to Linux. The
choice is obvious.
