In addition to my previous e-mails:

I made a bit of further checking. And found the following:

 -- switch to dir. with rev. 94, and run 'du -sch .bzr'.  The answer was 66M.
Which may be make sense, since it is about the amount witch i was
watching during:
bzr branch sftp://....  -r 94 , fetching period.

-- switch to dir. with rev.97... and run 'du -sch .bzr'. The answer
was the same, 66M.
But the bzr branch sftp://... -r 97, fetching period --- was 1.2G, and
was really annoying!

I would really like to understand what has happened, why before rev.
93 the picture was completely different:
the 'fetching' time/size  was growing slowly as the size of branch was
growing...
