Bazaar on Ubuntu 8.04 and Launchpad [Fwd: qt4tool]

Is it really the case that the Bazaar on Ubuntu 8.04 cannot branch a
branch held on Launchpad?  (I am not sure what format "unnamed" is, 2a?)
