Cross-project merges

The name is also confusing in combination with its arguments.

A natural reading of English would lead to the expectatation that the
argument following ‘merge-into’ to be the *destination*; but (by my
reading of <URL:https://launchpad.net/bzr-merge-into>) that's not the
case. Indeed, the usual situation would seem to be that the destination
is omitted by default.

A command with a natural-English meaning more like “merge that (into
here by default)” would be best, but I can't immediately think of a
succinct one.
