Weird error with bzr-svn...

One last data point, because I can't really dig more into this since I
now lack the data.  We didn't backup the svn-cache for the repository,
and it's looking like that's where the problem is.  I can't recreate
the issue.  I have the svn-repository in the right state, the original
bzr branches, and it all works fine right now.  Somehow, the cache is
getting into a state that's causing this issue. :-(
