Attached is what I get when running
$ ./bzr selftest -x blackbox.test_breakin --no-plugins --verbose [1]
...

Note that it clearly seems to hang from the time it prints out the test
it is running until it gets the timeout exception. I didn't time it, but
it certainly could be 2-minutes.

Also note that I seem to be getting the timeout exception *multiple*
times in the same test. At least, I don't see a new test name being
printed before I get the exception again.

As near as I can tell, all the failures so far are 2-minute timeouts of
the server waiting for the client to send more data (and I believe
you've said that the client has already disconnected by that point).

I *really* don't know why there are 5 timeouts for the
'branch_remote_remote' test.

I'll let it try to finish the whole test suite (as long as I don't have
to reboot, etc.) I would record the output to a log file, but I'm not
sure if that will actually work properly. (I tried using subunit, and
- --subunit | tee output.txt seemed to end in a corrupted 'output.txt'
file.)

[1] Note that running 'bzr selftest -s bb.test_breakin' works fine. My
guess is that the leaking threads are actually interfering with
breakin working. We might want to consider (short term) having
Babune run the test suite twice. One just the breakin tests, and a
second time with all but the breakin tests.
Also, bzr-pqm now fails to load its test suite because it tries to
import 'TestLoader' for some reason. Perhaps I just need to update
    bzr-pqm.
