Wondering about processes and functionality with bzr-svn

I don't think the "Subversion clients" bits is relevant here. Bazaar
doesn't deal well with operations on multiple branches in general
compared to Mercurial and Git - even when using native branches only -
and that's something that we need to work on improving.
