Which, now that you point it out, makes perfect sense. Given
that what "bzr init" fundamentally does is to create empty
branches, if it were to spell out explicitly that it had created
an empty branch, the information content of that would be
basically zero.
So instead it compresses that low-entropy fact, along with the
only marginally higher-entropy fact that it succeeded, into the
verb: "Created a ...".
