Well, I should say a lot of "time" which I assume is bandwidth. But that
is also confirmed by:

that is 0 bytes read, 0 bytes written, but 318MB of "unknown" traffic.
And bzr-svn generates 'unknown', all of bzr's internal transports know
whether they are reading or writing.
