Hi Fabio,

Welcome to bzr.
The data migration guide[1] talks about moving data for other
VCSes (including CVS) to bzr. You will need to install[2] and use
the bzr-fastimport plugin for migration.

I haven't personally used GUIs with bzr but for a you can look at
the bzr explorer guide [3]. The explorer guide also has pointers to
other GUI options like qbzr, and TortoiseBzr. IIRC bzr-explorer
comes packaged with the standalone windows installer.
