Normally takes be about 3hrs

That's not what I want. I appreciate that you do most of the releases,
but I want to share the load. I want you to also be free to spend more
time doing dev.

Now that we are keeping NEWS up to date, it's much quicker.

One of things that I need to look at is the windows installers. I
normaly find myself rebooting about 2-6 times, switching between
ubuntu and windows. I need to either figure how to build the windows
installer in ubuntu, or setup a vm.

The other thing that is time consuming is writing the release announcements.
