Hmm, no, there is much more storage available that has write access only
via FTP or SFTP. DAV is still not something that can be assumed with web
storage hosting; SFTP is much more commonly provided by default IME.

Because when collaborating with someone, I find they often didn't
anticipate ever needing to publish the branch they're discussing. In
those situations, asking them to spontaneously publish their branch is
much easier if they have hosting space that *already* is set up for them
to use it with Bazaar, before they even thought it would be a
possibility.
