Newbie documentation: Bazaar Merge?

Is it more important than fixing any particular bug, or answering user
support questions, or improving network push speed?  It's a bit
imponderable.  But doing any one of them is more useful than
discussing how important they are.  Just write some docs, or point out
actionable problems.  Time spent making the docs more attractive, or
cohesive, or approachable will not be wasted time.
