Upgrade to Bazaar 2.1.x on Windows

I see that there's a stable release of Bazaar 2.1.0.  However, given
this portion of 2.1.1's Release Notes:

  . Fix plugin packaging on Windows. (Ian Clatworthy, #524162)

I wonder whether I should upgrade now or wait for 2.1.1 to be
released.  Can someone please advise whether upgrading to 2.1.0 on
Windows could cause trouble with plugins, and if so, which trouble is
that?
