Building bazaar

Hi,

I am trying to build Bazaar so that I can make a custom installer containing the Externals plugin. But I get an error during build

bzrlib/_static_tuple_c.c(35) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: '_simple_set_pyx_api.h': No such file or directory

And I don't see that file in the bzrlib. Anyone can help?
