Bazaar still below the radar when evaluating VCS tools

Unfortunately it's not limited to him.  A recent Communications of the
ACM article by Bryan O'Sullivan ['Making sense of revision-control
systems', Commun. ACM 52(9): 57--62 (2009)] mentions Git and Mercurial
repeatedly but never once mentions Bazaar.  It also makes brief but
detailed reference to Darcs' powerful theoretical approach.  The article

Incidentally, it notes that 'Both Mercurial and Git handle renames
cleanly'.  Is this now true ... ?
