PPA consistency

Hey,

The version of bzr-gtk in the Bazaar PPA doesn't work with the version
of bzr in the Bazaar PPA:

$ bzr gdiff
Unable to load plugin 'gtk'. It requested API version (1, 17, 0) of
module <module 'bzrlib' from
'/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/bzrlib/__init__.pyc'> but the minimum
exported version is (2, 1, 0), and the maximum is (2, 1, 0)
bzr: ERROR: unknown command "gdiff"
$

I realize that this work is done by volunteers (hi John)... but can
someone see about this one when they get a chance? Be nice if we could
keep the ecosystem in the PPA usable...
