Bazaar Desktop Guide - a start

Over the weekend, I've been working on an initial "Desktop Guide"
explaining how to use our GUI tools. I've made a fair amount of progress
so I've published what's there so far:

appear soon if it's not there yet.)

Here's a list of some of the things needed to improve this:

* chapters 2-6 written[1]
* screenshots for the missing QBZr and bzr-gtk dialogs
* some text and images showing the TortoiseBZR menus and how
  to configure it
* Ditto for QBzr-Eclipse.

If you can assist with any of the above, please do.
