Updating the beta ppa.

Unfortunately not. Running with the bzr-beta-ppa:

Unable to load plugin 'svn'. It requested API version (2, 0, 0) of

minimum exported version is (2, 1, 0), and the maximum is (2, 1, 0)

The bata PPA contains:

bzr-svn	 1.0.0-1~bazaar2
bzr-gtk	 0.97.0-1~bazaar1
bzr-rewrite	 0.5.4-0ubuntu1
bzr-git        none

I know Jelmer recently fixed some of these up in Debian, perhaps they
can just be backported from there.
