Hi all,

I'm happy to announce BzrTools 2.1.0

This version is intended to be compatible with the 2.1.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

Changes:
- - shell accepts --directory, and runs qbzr commands in a subprocess
- - conflict-diff no longer requires a single file to be specified.
  Multiple files can be specified, but it's not necessary to specify any
  files.
- - fetch-ghosts now works again
