You need to start from the project about which you want to ask a
question, so <https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad>, not the group
page.  This is confusing and
<https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/187776> asks for it to be
better.

I can reproduce that so it does look like something was broken by the
recent rollout.   I filed https://launchpad.net/bugs/514340 for you.
