Show open locks

`bzr info -v` can show you taken branch or repository lock.

But `bzr info` fails to correctly report taken lock over working tree 
which in fact OS lock. I don't understand why there is not possible to 
try-catch the underlying error from OS lock, maybe somebody else know.
