That's "*Mr.* Inada" to you! ;-)
I'll let Inada-san answer about "should"; Japanese have different
opinions on whether they want you to use surname or given name. (My
bet is on "Naoki", though.)
However, I can tell that (1) Inada is the surname, (2) Naoki is the
given name, and (3) because Japanese names are normally given surname
first which confuses Westerners, especially since many Japanese will
use the Western format when writing in Latin letters, the surname is
all-uppercase to emphasize it. Anyway, it's useful to remember that
practice as it is very commonly used in East Asia to disambiguate.
