FWIW, for months now, qbind has put the parent location into the
editable combo box so selecting the parent required a simple click vs
data entry. It's little stuff like this (and qpush now guessing a
sensible push location) that make Bazaar's GUI more productive for me
than the cli is (until I need to shelve at least).
