The patch bundle uses a local submit URL; this is clearly not too
helpful.

I'm recreating the patch bundle against the Launchpad URL; this (as
discussed elsewhere) means it'll take a while as it fetches lots of
revisions across HTTP all over again :-/

Once it's done I'll post it here again.
