That's a fair point. Can you also take a look at some of the other
"multi-command" plugins we have and contrast them with project-command?
I'm thinking of

* foreach (ezbzr)
* multi-pull (bzrtools)
* update-mirrors
* repo-push

in particular. I wonder how much overlap there is between these and
whether we can design one command that supercedes all of the above?
