Emacs Fastimport Issues

Actually, Max Bowsher fixed this for me already, and his fixes have
already been merged into lp:bzr-fastimport .  As far as I can tell the
issues that Emacs has had in the past are all solved by the head of
lp:bzr-fastimport.

I probably should have deleted my branch (or something).  I am not
entirely sure what the proper launchpad etiquette is.
